They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. The team at Broad Creek knew that their dated lobby wasn’t giving the impression they wanted it to, and it wasn’t functioning well for them. As a multi-use space, they needed it to serve a variety of purposes on Sundays as well as during the week. Like most lobby spaces, it needed to support arrivals and exits, an information and guest services area, children’s check in, coffee service, special projects and donations, and it needed to do all of that while preserving space for conversation and connection.
All of this was achieved while introducing a palette of colors and finishes that are bright, fresh, warm, and playful. Together, they create an impression that underscores their values as a community and sets the tone for a meaningful and memorable experience in the space.
