The leadership at UTurn and The Collaboratory of Virginia presented me with an incredibly unique challenge in bringing together a diverse group of organizations under one roof and creating a design that would suit them all for their more than 7,000 square foot lobby.

These groups include a coworking space, youth development organizations, an art gallery, personal trainers, sports programming including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and pickleball, and a church- to name a few.

They needed furniture, finishes, artwork, and accessories that were flexible, youthful, fresh, incredibly durable, easily cleanable, highly functional, and also professional, engaging, and inspiring. It was indeed a challenge, but one I thoroughly enjoyed undertaking, and the team was delighted with the result!
